Vegan chili beans

Creaveg Crumbled Veganmeat (pea-based) basic product for 6 people

Ingredients / 6 People
  • Creaveg Crumbled Veganmeat (pea-based) basic product 200gr (1 box)
  • 3 smaller heads of onions
  • Olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Ground chili peppers or chili drops
  • 1 can of red beans
    (la Bio Idea Fagioli Rossi 400 gr)
  • 1 canned white beans
    (la Bio Idea Cannellini 400gr)
  • 1 canned, peeled, risked tomato
    (Pomodori Pelati 400 gr)
  • 2 cans of corn
    (Bonduelle Bio Gold 150 gr)
  • Ground cinnamon to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh, chopped coriander
Preparation
  1. In a medium saucepan, saute the onions in a little olive oil and then add the finely chopped garlic. Remove from the stove so that the garlic does not blush.
  2. Canned red and white beans and canned corn juice are removed. This is necessary so that unwanted flavors do not get into the food.
  3. Put our feet back on the stove, add the risky tomatoes, and the washed beans and corn. Dissolve in a little water (maximum 2.5 dl).
  4. Season with salt, pepper, a pinch of cinnamon and chili to taste. Add the hot peppers and on low heat for approx. Cook for 15 minutes.
  5. Add Creaveg Crumbled and cook for another 8-10 minutes.
  6. When serving, garnish and season with a pinch of freshly cut coriander.
